HAVI Honored with Inaugural “Advocate Change Together” Award

The Tony Reyes Family Foundation, established in 2019 by CartonCraft CEO Tony Reyes, is committed to making a positive impact on our local communities. We also appreciate our customers and business partners and the good work they do in the world. CartonCraft is proud to present the “Advocate Change Together” (ACT) Award to stakeholders within our system who demonstrate a commitment to shared values like community impact, employee welfare, and sustainability.

At a recent Appreciation celebration, we were happy to honor our customer, HAVI, with the inaugural ACT award. HAVI has been an important partner to CartonCraft for more than 20 years. HAVI is a global leader in integrated supply chain management, offering end-to-end solutions for the quick-service restaurant (QSR), retail, and foodservice industries. HAVI, as an organization, is also committed to creating a more sustainable and inclusive world.

Together we have embraced growth, charity, continuous improvement, and we have collaborated on challenges large and small. HAVI/TMS has demonstrated outstanding commitment to CartonCraft Companies, to the broader supplier base, the local community, and to charities such as the Chicago Scholars and Greater Chicago Food Depository. In recognition of the incredible enduring ACTs that HAVI/TMS has demonstrated, we honor HAVI with the award and donate $10,000 to their charities of choice: Chicago Scholars and The Greater Chicago Food Depository.

The Greater Chicago Food Depository works with a network of more than 800 partner organizations and programs – food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, mobile distributions and other partners – to bring food and hope to people across Chicago and Cook County. The Food Depository addresses the root causes of hunger with job training, advocacy, and other innovative solutions.

Chicago Scholars is committed to providing college-to-career opportunities for under-resourced children in Chicago. The group works with students who are first generation college-going students in Chicago to empower them for success in the real world. Chicago Scholars mentors the students as they prepare for college, supports students during college with scholarships and career development resources, and offers tools beyond graduation to help them as they find their first job. The program benefits the students, but it also does even more, as economic mobility brings change to the entire community.

We are proud to “Advocate Change Together” alongside HAVI by supporting the work of these charitable organizations. CartonCraft, The Tony Reyes Family Foundation, and HAVI share a mission to create lasting change in our communities. Learn more about our commitment to make a difference in the community.
