What is your role at CartonCraft?
My role is to be a leader, a role model, and leave a legacy that empowers bright, young, talented professionals who are starting out in the trade. I work to inspire and energize our team—to lift everyone up. Together is the only way to be great.
How did you get started in the industry?
My background is in Pre-Press, which leads back to my beginning in this industry…all the way back to Graphic Art classes at Lane Technical High School, where we worked tirelessly to get the yearbook made in time. The knowledge I acquired in Pre-Press has enabled me to be a better customer service specialist.
What do you love about working at CartonCraft?
I love that every single day is different—whether it is a new project, new equipment, or a new challenge. I have been able to see firsthand what it takes to grow a company. I love that CartonCraft is a family, and they help me to be a better person. I’ve learned so much about charity from our owner, Mr. Tony Reyes, and how happy it is to give with a grateful heart.
What’s the best part of your day?
The best part of my day is communicating with our clients, suppliers, and co-workers—not to mention my walks on lunch. Breaking up the day is the best way to be most productive. It recharges my batteries.
What excites you about the packaging industry right now?
Technology, innovation, and sustainability. From automation to award-winning sample engineering to all the chemical-free substrates. I really enjoy reading up on new innovations and getting new ideas on how we can apply them to improve our services here at CartonCraft.
What are your goals when working with customers?
My goal is to offer the best customer service experience possible. We want our customers to know that CartonCraft is their partner. When they win, we win.

What is something you are passionate about?
I am passionate about reading the bible, my family, and birthdays. It is important for me to make memories and execute a life well lived.
