The Bold Global Ambitions at Ronald McDonald House Global Giving Collective at Soiree

CartonCraft is a proud member of the Ronald McDonald House Global Giving Collective (RGGC), a powerful alliance uniting McDonald’s community and beyond to amplify their impact. This unique network combines resources to ensure every family has the best health outcome, providing vital support for families facing unimaginable challenges.

In late November, CartonCraft team members attended the Ronald McDonald House Global Giving Collective Impact Soiree at Aba & the Dalcy in Chicago’s West Loop. The evening brought together McDonald’s executives, suppliers, and Ronald McDonald House global leaders to celebrate shared impact and learn exciting updates about the organization’s mission.

The event featured inspirational messages from distinguished speakers including Russ Smyth, Ronald McDonald House Global Board of Trustee, Chairman and General Partner of tms; Katie Fitzgerald, Global President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities; and Chris Kempczinski, President and CEO of McDonald’s Corporation.

The RGGC’s collective impact has been transformative. With the help of member organizations, Ronald McDonald House has served more than 1.6 million families over the past three years, providing 7.7 million overnight stays and saving families $2 billion in food and lodging expenses. Looking ahead, Ronald McDonald House has ambitious goals to double the number of families served, make family-centered care the standard of care, and meet the top unmet needs of families to continue expanding access to care.

The impact of Ronald McDonald House Charities is only possible through the collective support of individuals and organizations who care about keeping families close during their most challenging moments.
